The place is small yet u almost forget cause of all the exotic reptiles and they def know there stuff
The first time I bought an animal here they gave me the wrong animal. I do not know if the storekeeper had known that it was not the animal they told me it was, but I was very disappointed. The second time I bought something there they were very helpful and informative, and actually got the species right! All in all, I believe that this store is relatively well-informed. Everyone has their hiccups, and I was informed afterwards by a family friend of a staff member that they did not carry the snake I had requested the first time I bought something, but I believe that they should've just told me they didn't have the animal I wanted. I still give them four stars though, because both the animals I received were very healthy, and the animals in the store appear in excellent condition.
They know their stuff over every other pet store in the south coast area. I trust them implicitly.
The owners are extremely knowledgeable about everything related to all their creatures including diets, temperaments, natural environments, and best way to care for them. They even volunteer to help you if you need to transport a creature from one tank to another. They are far above any other cold blooded pet store in customer service and their prices are fair. They will also tell you where to find something if they don't carry it. 5++ stars!!
I visit there several times a week to buy crickets and meal worms for my leopard geckos which I purchased there through the professional advice of one of the nice guys who works there. My kids love going there with me to check out the awesome reptiles they have there. I will never go anywhere else. Even if they are out of mealworms I will wait for the next day!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND going here for anything you need reptile related!!
